Not sure how to assess this.
Objectively, the content is good and has a big impact.
However, perhaps the chosen medium may still have some room for improvement and there are better ways to depict the same content.
Other options to explain your content may have been overlooked.
For example:
– Introduction pertains to a name, a face, a company and a bit of the company’s culture. Since the subject is related to best practices, using a persona w/o a proper introduction of his/her credentials may tend to create an impression to the viewer that the person is just narrating the message without any association to a past experience or realization
– Flat animation with simple text and a voice over may have been better in my opinion
